Refund policy

We accept both returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Once an item has shipped, it is not eligible for immediate return/exchange. The item(s) must be returned in new/unused condition to qualify.

We are unable to offer free shipping on returns/exchanges; the customer is responsible for shipping returns/exchanges, unless there is an issue with the order. 

If an item was damaged during transit, please reach out with pictures, and we can replace or exchange it.
