General FAQ
We accept both returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Once an item has shipped, it is not eligible for immediate return/exchange. The item(s) must be returned in new/unused condition to qualify.
We are unable to offer free shipping on returns/exchanges; the customer is responsible for shipping returns/exchanges, unless there is an issue with the order.
If an item was damaged during transit, please reach out with pictures, and we can replace or exchange it.

Shipping

FREE shipping on orders $50+ and over
FREE Worldwide Sticker Shipping
- FREE if your order *only* contains stickers! Available for both USA and International orders. Stickers will be mailed via a standard envelope with no tracking and take 7-10 business days to arrive if not sooner. International orders may take up to 3-4 weeks.
